Here are the prices to book all 5 gites and have exclusive use of the site. The whole complex can be booked for a large group celebration, wedding or other party.
We are open all year but to take advantage of the large outdoor communal terrace the best time to book is May through to October.
Bookings can be any length of stay from 3 nights onwards.
Our change-over day (during the summer) from 1th July to 25th August is Saturday ( bookings of 7 or 14 days only) but out of these times arrival and departure dates can be any day of the week, with minimum 3 nights.

The prices are for the accomodation only and include bedlinen, towels and cleaning but not Taxe de Sejour. We can arrange a pizza night and other celebratory meals on site , working with local caterers. As an idea our informal pizza nights are 17€/ adult, 12€ per child under 14. Other celebratory meals start at 40€/ head.

Please note there is a different payments schedule and different terms and conditions for group bookings (more than one gite).
To make a booking, a 10% deposit is requested accompanied by your booking form. With 2 further payments of 45% at 12 and 6 weeks before your arrival date. A £1000 refundable damage deposit and the Tourism tax are also required with the final payment. The damage deposit is refunded 1-2 weeks after departure. The balance, tourism tax and damage deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. By signing and returning our booking form you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
Some important information:
- In the event of a cancelation the deposit is non refundable.
- Cancelation possible upto 42 days before holiday. No money will be refunded if cancelled within the 42 days period. (Different payment and cancelation conditions for group bookings)
- it is not possible to cancel individual gites if your numbers change. This is a booking for all 5 gites and all 5 gites have to be paid for.
- The price includes all the bedding, one large bath sheet, one hand towel per person and logs for fire unless otherwise agreed.
- The price does include Cleaning but we ask due to Covid 19 that the properties are left tidy, with beds stripped, bins emptied, and all kitchen items returned to the correct gite.
- For a 2 week stay a mid holiday clean with change of sheets and towels is available at an extra cost, please enquire.
- We are obliged to collect a Tourism Tax : “Taxe de Sejour” which is due with final payment at €1 per adult per night.
- Arrival possible anytime after 3pm, gite must be vacated by 10.00am.
- The gite is rented on the understanding that the pool, games room, fishing lake and outdoor areas are shared with the owner. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
