The spacious kitchen has everything you need for catering for large groups along with two big fridges to fit in all the food and drink!!! A lovely antique mahogany dining table means everyone can eat together. New gas range with 7 burners to rustle up anything from a roast dinner to a birthday cake..
Patio doors lead from kitchen to shady terrace and barbeque area.
Sleeping Arrangements
Nicely laid out with every two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There are three doubles with superking (1m80) beds, two bedrooms each with a double bed (1m40) and one single bed (90cm0, and a sixth twin bedroom (2 x 90cm). Lovely thick duvets in winter. Bedding and towels included.
2 Lounge areas and 3 bathrooms
3 Bathrooms and 3 seperate toilets. 2 lounge areas one with English and french channels second with large flat screen for movies. Bring your firestick or similiar device to connect
Relax and enjoy the views
Watch the kids playing in the sand pit and swing area from the terrace. Lovely views of the river valley and the forest surrounding the gites.

We are open all year, please enquire as out of season we can be very flexible with under occupancy and can charge accordingly. Our change-over day English summer school holidays is Saturday (7 or 14 days) but out of these times arrival and departure dates can be any day of the week, with minimum 2 nights.

Please note there is a different payments schedule and different terms and conditions for group bookings (more than one gite).
To make a booking, a £200 deposit is requested accompanied by your booking form. A £300 damage deposit is required with the final payment. The damage deposit is refunded 1-2 weeks after departure. The balance and damage deposit is payable 6-8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. By signing and returning our booking form you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.
Some important information:
- In the event of a cancelation the deposit is non refundable or may be refunded at discretion of owner.
- Cancelation possible upto 42 days before holiday. No money will be refunded if cancelled within the 42 days period. (Different payment and cancelation conditions for group bookings)
- The price includes all the bedding, one large bath sheet, one hand towel per person and logs for fire unless otherwise agreed.
- The price does not include cleaning (unless agreed in advance) especially if booked on line through VRBO or Air BnB . If you would prefer to leave without cleaning please add the following charge on to rental cost: 50€ for Lidoire or Valette, 85€ for Martrieux and 65€ for Lizonne and 150€ for Beuronne.
- For a 2 week stay a mid holiday clean with change of sheets and towels is available at an extra cost, please enquire.
- The price includes the Tourism Tax : “Taxe de Sejour” of 1.10€ /adult/ night.
- Arrival possible anytime after 3pm, gite must be vacated by 10.00am. This is for main high summer weeks. Outside of July and August, please ask about early check-in or late check-out
- The gite is rented on the understanding that the pool, games room, fishing lake and outdoor areas are shared with the other gite guests and the owners.
- Friends and visitors must be respectful of the other paying guests and due to insurance reasons are not allowed to use facilities.
