Celebrate Christmas at Les Rivieres Beuronne for 12 people or Martrieux and Lizonne combined for 14

The prices are for the accommodation only and include bedlinen, towels, Taxe de Sejour, TVA and cleaning. We can arrange a pizza night and other celebratory meals on site , working with local caterers. As an idea our informal pizza nights are 25€/ adult, 17€ per child under 12. Minimum 25 adults. Other celebratory meals start at 50€/ head.

Please note there is a different payments schedule and different terms and conditions for group bookings (more than one gite).

To make a booking, a 10% deposit is requested accompanied by your booking form. With 2 further payments of 45% at 12 and 6 weeks before your arrival date. A £1000 refundable damage deposit  and the Tourism tax are also required with the final payment. The damage deposit is refunded 1-2 weeks after departure. The balance and damage deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. By signing and returning our booking form you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

Some important information:

1. In the event of a cancelation the deposit is non refundable.
2. Cancelation possible upto 42 days before holiday. No money will be refunded if cancelled within the  42 days period. (Different payment and cancelation conditions for group bookings)
3. it is not possible to cancel individual gites if your numbers change. This is a booking for all 5 gites and all 5 gites have to be paid for.
4. The price includes all the bedding, one large bath sheet, one hand towel per person and logs for fire unless otherwise agreed.
5. The price may not include cleaning if you have booked on another site, In which case ,if you would like to leave without doing the cleaning please add the following cleaning charge on to the booking: Lidoire and Valette 50€ each, Martrieux and Lizonne 95€ each, Beuronne 150€. However even if you pay to have the properties cleaned, we ask, that the properties are left tidy, with beds stripped, bins emptied, and all kitchen items returned to the correct gite.
6. For a 2 week stay a mid holiday clean with change of sheets and towels is available at an extra cost, please enquire.
7. We are obliged to collect a Tourism Tax : “Taxe de Sejour” which is included at €1.10 per adult per night.
8. For July and August arrivals: Arrival possible anytime after 3pm, gite must be vacated by 10.00am. For any other time, please ask about arrival and checkout times.
9. The gite is rented on the understanding that the pool, games room, fishing lake and outdoor areas are shared with the owner
