Easter, May and June French bank holidays, 1st May, VE Day, Ascension, Whit, Bastille, Assumption, All Saints, Armistice, Chrsitmas and New year, please enquire.  Prices include bedlinen, towels, Taxe de sejour and TVA included.

Please note there is are different payments schedules and different terms and conditions for group bookings (more than one gite).

To make a booking, a £200/gite deposit is requested accompanied by your booking form. A £300 damage deposit is also required with the final payment. The damage deposit is refunded 1-2 weeks after departure. The balance and damage deposit is payable 6-8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. By signing and returning our booking form you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

Some important information:

1. In the event of a cancelation the deposit is non refundable or may be refunded at discretion of owner.
2. Cancelation possible upto 42 days before holiday. No money will be refunded if cancelled within the  42 days period. (Different payment and cancelation conditions for group bookings)
3. The price includes all the bedding, one large bath sheet, one hand towel per person and logs for fire unless otherwise agreed.
4. The price does not include Cleaning (unless agreed in advance) especially if booked on another site such as AirBnB or Vrbo . In which case, if you would prefer to leave without cleaning please add the following charge on to rental cost: 50€ for Lidoire or Valette, 85€ for Martrieux and 65€ Lizonne and 150€ for Beuronne.
5. For a 2 week stay a mid holiday clean with change of sheets and towels is available at an extra cost, please enquire.
6. We are obliged to collect a Tourism Tax : “Taxe de Sejour” which is included at €1.10 per adult per night.
7. Arrival possible anytime after 3pm, gite must be vacated by 10.00am. Outside of summer July and August months we can be more flexible, Please ask about early check in and late check out.
8. The gite is rented on the understanding that the pool, games room, fishing lake and outdoor areas are shared with the other gite guests and the owners.
9. Friends and visitors must be respectful of the other paying guests and due to insurance reasons are not allowed to use facilities.
